Processing Times

Please note that orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Consider this when placing your order. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped on the next shipping day, which is Tuesday. The following delivery times apply AFTER processing has been completed. 

Delivery and Returns

The Big Lap Bible delivers Australia-wide via Australia Post Tracked Post. Once shipped you will receive your tracking number so you can keep track of your order. 

Standard Delivery: $9.95 (3-6 working days)

Note shipping to WA and NT is at least 2 working days longer than the estimates above. 

Change of Address

Please take care with inputting the correct delivery address as we are unable to make changes to delivery addresses once orders have been made. We cannot make any changes to orders between order and shipping times (including cancelling orders). 

Quoted times are based on estimates and are the standard times provided to us by Australia Post.

Returns 

Big Lap Bible will replace your product if it arrives damaged. You must contact us at support@biglapbible.com.au to report product damage within 24 hours of delivery to lodge your claim. 

Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
