Orders are processed same day if ordered prior to 9am. Orders placed after 9am will be processed within 24 hours.

The Big Lap Bible delivers Australia-wide via Australia Post Tracked Post. Once shipped you 

Change of Address

Please take care with inputting the correct delivery address as we are unable to make changes to delivery addresses once orders have been made. We cannot make any changes to orders between order and shipping times (including cancelling orders). 

Quoted times are based on estimates and are the standard times provided to us by Australia Post.

Returns 

Big Lap Bible will replace your product if it arrives damaged. You must contact us at support@biglapbible.com.au to report product damage within 24 hours of delivery to lodge your claim. 

Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
